iOS Audio Apps For Sound Design
I was chatting with some people on facebook about apps we were using on iOS devices for sound design. I thought it might be a cool thread to start here. I haven't used a ton yet but I just picked up my first iPad so I'm eager to try some new ones out with the larger interface. So far here are a few of my favorites:
- Camel Audio - Alchemy
- Moog - Filtatron
- Moog - Animoog
- Normalware - Bebot
- Pulse Code - Modular Synthesizer

I have Filtatron and Animoog. Of the two, I've used Animoog more. I also use Yamaha's TNR-1 and SampleWiz. I have Reactable and have used it a few times, but not enough to really learn it and get good with it.
For theatre work I'm also really thrilled that QLab and certain digital mixers can be controlled remotely from an iPad, so I can drive the sound design and tweak the mix from the middle of the house.

Nope, never tried Votan. Is it good ?
I tend to go a bit tired of keyboard based interface on ipad, thus my favorite apps for sound design are TC-11, CSgrain, ivoxel, on a different level Impaktor. I also like Mira but obviously it's just a controller. But yeah, so far TC-11 has been the best for me.
Any other recommandations ?
