Mixing Blog's and Tutorials

Post by MikeQuell » June 28th, 2013, 1:07 am

I thought I would share one of my favorite audio blogs that shares a lot of information on mixing and mastering. It's mostly music based knowledge but a lot of it can be used in sound design and other forms of audio editing.

Aside from personal experimentation, what are some of your favorite resources for finding new techniques and tricks regarding mixing/mastering audio content?

Nice I'm going to check that out when I get home tonight. It seems like there are a lot more discussions and a concentration on how to make sounds rather than how to mix them. A lot of times I find new techniques just by listening to others work. Finding a scene or sequence that you like in any form of media and then looping and analyzing it provides a lot of info.
