Pro Tools Pre-Roll Bug

Weird..I'm running a session that had pre-roll in it. If I go to record the tracks just record an empty/blank region. If I disable pre-roll it records correctly. Anyone ever run into this?

Yeah, that video is great. I also like the song, especially the B section. The manipulated vocal melody is so hot. The NYTimes does some really good music feature pieces.
